Learn to identify and write succinct and compelling class descriptions that address the needs of a singular audience. In a workshop environment, complete exercises to develop your writing skills as you move past standard, rote wording into using active language and engaging vocabulary.

Participants will learn to:

• Compose class and event descriptions that engage a specific audience.
• Compose class and event descriptions using active voice and verbs.
• Apply HCLS Brand Guidelines to class and event descriptions.

Open to all HCLS staff members. Recommended for teammates who compose and/or edit Library Market entries. Priority given to teammates who publish Library Market entries.
