Canadian Tire Centre is now a cashless environment. Please plan on using Visa, MC, AMEX or debit. Bags/purses are restricted to 4" x 6" x 1.5". Exceptions include diaper bags and medical device bags. Masks for persons aged two (2) and older are recommended, but not mandatory. All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. No costumes for guests 14 & older. Character Experiences Available. Access to a private event with interactive time and photo opportunities. Each guest, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note, for events where ticket sales are limited to fewer than four tickets per person, the same ticket restrictions will apply to the purchase of accessible seating. For events where accessible seating is offered on the floor, those purchasing accessible seats should be aware that seats are not on a riser, so views may be obstructed. Accessible parking is available in Lot 3 (on the south side of the building). In order to access accessible parking, fans must present a valid government issued Accessible Parking Permit.
