Please join the Hudson County Office of Disability Services along and heightened independence & progress (hip) and the Jersey City Public Schools as we present a workshops and speakers designed to address the needs of students transitioning from high school to adult life.

When: County Prep High School, 525 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Who Should Attend: Students with Disabilities, Parents, Caregivers and Professionals to gain an understanding of service options that may be available through State, County and local agencies for students upon graduation

Cost: FREE!!! Event will include breakfast and lunch. Free transportation is available, if needed. Free parking at event location.

Topics Include: Guardianship, Transportation Options, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Division of Vocational & Rehabilitation Services (DVRS), Community Connections and Family Involvement

Various vendors will be onsite to share additional information.
