Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. This ticket may be revoked by management at any time. No refunds, exchanges or readmissions are permitted. UT facilities have a CLEAR BAG policy. - The University of Tennessee Athletic Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET. The ticket office is located at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way in Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. On game day, the Athletic Ticket Office remains open until the end of the first half. For weekend games, the Athletic Ticket Office opens three (3) hours prior to tip off.
